Lunchbox time! I love making lunchboxes, yeah yeah, I should get a life, I can't help it; I just do. Not that I have a big eating daughter, she'd be happy with her personal favorite, 'salami & cheese' but given half the chance I'd fill her princess lunchbox with much more exotic fare.

Robert Robert Robert.... I championed you in Season 5; I was jumping up & down when you returned for Season 6 but last night you sorely disappointed me. After a little outing on a bike with your teammates you went and played the fat card. Slumped in the corner complaining of 'dizziness' you were sent packing to the emergency room and missed service. I don't consider myself a 'fattist' jeez, my weight goes up and down like Lindsay Lohan's thong BUT with Robert's size (an estimated 'almost 400lbs') surely comes a laundry list of health concerns & symptoms that have no place in a professional kitchen.

How remiss, yet how convenient that when pondering a quick but classy spin on an organic chicken breast tonight I had those paper thin pink slices & assorted Italiana on hand.

Apparently 'pudding' means something different here. It's not an unctuous moist sponge, steamed or baked to fluffy perfection but something boxed in powder form that, when whisked with milk, forms a gelatinous glob and is plopped into a cracker pie crust. I wondered why I only had a few takers at Dr. Dave's birthday party when I mentioned 'pudding'; it was all in the name!
Not a box in sight!
